I know I haven't updated lately

And all I've got is another quick hitter...

I don't know about you, but one of the things that I love the most during the summer is a nice cold root beer float.

Not much low calorie about that, right?

WRONG!

If you have more self control than me, you can have a 90 calorie root beer float that tastes awesome. Or, if you want more float to go with your root beer, it won't kill you if you add another scoop of ice cream.

Let me introduce you to a couple of friends of mine.

First: Zevia Root Beer. Zero Calories, and it doesn't have the disgusting artificial sweetener taste to it that most "diet" drinks do, because it uses a natural sweetner. You can read about it on their website, though. All I know is that it tastes awesome.

Second: Blue Bell No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream. This stuff is great. I can't really even tell the difference between regular Blue Bell and the No Sugar Added stuff. A scoop of it is only 90 calories.

Add 'em together and let it get a little melty, and you get that same delicious goodness that you normally get in a root beer float, but with WAY less calories.

Trust me, it's awesome!
